I'm confused about sizing. How do I decide what size to buy?

Most of the socks that we carry are available in Adult Medium (typical ladies size) and/or Adult Large (typical men's size). Some are only available in one size; others in both.  If there is a size choice, choose the one that fits your needs.  IF a design just comes in men's size, the word "men's" will be in the name of the socks ie - Men's Christmas Tree Socks.  If the item in only in ladies size or there is a choice of sizes, there will just be the name of the socks - ie: Christmas Tree Sock.

Check the description of the pair that you're interested in to check sizes available and fiber content.  

This is a quick guide and may vary due to fiber content and manufacturer:

ADULT MEDIUM - This size is recommended for ladies as well as teenage boys. It fits ladies shoe size 5-10 or men's shoe size 4-1/2 to 8-1/2. 

ADULT LARGE - This size is recommended for men or ladies with a larger foot size. It will fit men's shoe size 9-12-1/2 or ladies shoe size 11-12.

Where are you located?
- We are located in the great state of Connecticut in a small town in central CT - Prospect.

Do you take orders over the phone?
- Sure we do. Our phones are manned Monday thru Friday from 9am to 4pm Eastern time. You'll get to talk to a real person during those hours. If all of our staff are busy with other customers, please leave a message and someone will get right back to you. Our toll free phone number is 1-877-532-6588. If you call after hours, weekends or holidays, please leave a message and we'll get back to you the following business day.

Do you accept purchase orders from schools? 

- Yes! Just fax over to us a copy of the purchase order and we can process the order. Please include your name and contact phone number in case we need to talk to you about your purchase. Payment for all PO orders are due in 30 day unless other arrangements have been made with our staff at AbsoluteSportSocks.com.

I need my order delivered by a certain date. How fast do you ship?
- We pride ourselves with our fast shipping. Most orders are shipped out to you within 24 hours Monday thru Friday, but due to times of heavy volume, holidays or other issues, we state that processing may take 1-2 business days. How long does it take for me to get my order?
- Shipping transit time all depends on where the package is going and which shipping method that you choose at checkout. We ship out of our warehouse in Prospect, Connecticut.

  • Super Saver Shipping option may be shipped either by UPS or the post office so be sure that the address you enter can be delivered by BOTH the post office and UPS. We will decide this at time of shipping. While most of these orders are delivered in the 3-5 day range, it can on occasion take 10 days or more. 
  • Priority Mail is via the post office and delivered Monday thru Saturday. Most are delivered in the 3-4 day range.
  • UPS services delivery Monday thru Friday and does not consider weekend or holidays in transit time. 
  • UPS Ground is generally between 1-6 business days from date shipped. 
  • UPS 3rd Day Select delivers Monday thru Friday and arrives in 3 business days from date of shipping. 
  • UPS 2nd Day Air delivers Monday thru Friday and arrives in 2 business days from date of shipping. 
  • UPS Next Day Air delivers Monday thru Friday and arrives in 1 business days from date of shipping. Please note UPS Next Day Air shipped on Friday is for Monday delivery.

Is there a cutoff time for same day processing?
-We make every effort to ship the order as quickly as possible. However order by 1:30pm Eastern time to be safe. After that we may be able to still send it out the same day but we can't say for sure. At Christmas time, same day processing may not apply due to the high volume. But if you really need it, please call us and make us aware of the situation and we will make every possible attempt to ship as quickly as we can.

Do you wholesale?
-We are not a wholesaler. We may be able to offer quantity discounts on large orders.

Do you have a catalog?
-No we don't have a catalog due to our large inventory. All products are shown on our website.

I need to change my order or my shipping method. Is that possible after I ordered?
-If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please call 877-532-6588 as soon as possible to speak to our customer service representative. After office hours, please leave a detailed message including your name, order number along with your request. Your order number MUST be included in the message for us to try to accommodate your request.

You may also email us but this is in addition to the phone call NOT to replace the phone call. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel or change the order.

If your order cannot be cancelled or changed, you may return the order to us for refund. Please see the reverse side of the packing slip that is enclosed with your order for return instructions. We will not refund shipping for these orders since the order already was shipped. 

I want your socks but I'm not in the USA. Do you ship internationally?
-We only ship to a select number of countries as noted on our checkout page. Orders must be shipped to the same address as the correct billing address of the credit card. We will not ship to a different address other than the correct billing address. We do not ship to companies in the US that forward packages to international countries or to addresses in the US if the credit card is from a different country (or international addresses with US cards). We ship international orders via the post office via FIRST-CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL
USPS service for packages weighing 4 pound or less. Slow but least expensive.International shipping rates shown on checkout. Rates differ from country to country and weight of order. 

Transit time vary and can be up to 3-4 weeks transit. Australia may be 4-6 weeks. 

NOTE:You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance & delivery must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You can contact your local customs office for further information.
